It is far more likely to be the large corporations with large support networks that struggle with efficiency. This is the time where small business flexibility and service should pay off. If you are small you won't have any deadwood and you can only grow. Obviously this is a generalization. I wouldn't like to be in publishing at the moment, big or small!
